Update This is just a wild (so to speak) kerfluffle, isn’t it? And now folks are wondering if Obama plagiarized a political cartoon for the remainder of his speech. Via. Joe Biden is beginning to look like a bad influence.

Crybaby. How ridiculous. You are the one who made the statement, Mr. Obama, not the media. Whether it was foot-in-mouth syndrome (not entirely unlikely, as this is a tele-prompterless Barack Obama we’re talking about) or intentional, it was a remarkably dumb thing to say; even you would have to agree.

Also, no one has even taken up the dead fish remark at this point, which, if you were going to childishly refer to Palin as a “pig”, could possibly be applicable to Senator McCain (and Senator Biden, for that matter), don’t you think? Or, and I hate to bring it up, something worse?

Get over yourself. You, like everyone else on the planet, are indeed subject to criticism, ridicule, correction…and making dumb and/or calculated mistakes. Deal with it like a man: move on.
