Also, via Dirty Harry, this…is…scary. My initial response was, “What in the world? Is this a joke?” That, or Karl Rove is more genius than we have ever given him credit for. (Thecomments at Harry’s are fabulous as well, I’m now realizing…)

Is Boy George really still dumping cans of oil paint onto his head and pretending it’s hair? Also, why is famous druggie and scary lady Amy Winehouse so prominent?

I’d say that video is worse than this one, except…well…the church is supposed to be better than cheesy…um…whatever that is. Though it is mesmerizingly horrid, isn’t it? Especially the pastor jazzing in the background. 1:52-2:12 is the best/worst, especially the “wiping spit from my face” and “jazz finger to the sky” moves.

Also: dude, cut your hair. No collar-touching. You are not Braveheart.

*Note: I am still unsure about Barack’s current faith — at the moment, I believe he is a Unitarian sorry, Universalist more than he is a Christian, based on his stated beliefs. It was a rather amusing little slip, considering Obama’s protestations, when he clearly was a or was at least considered to be Muslim when he was a child, studying and praying at mosques and so forth. Savage makes good points, though, doesn’t he?
