Paul Newman has passed away at the age of 83.
We have a very busy day today and are pretty much heading out the door as I type, so I can’t say much right now. However, I’m more than certain that Dirty Harry will have things covered here. He’s written an obituary for the wonderful actor and human being here; while I won’t have time to read it, I trust him enough that it’s one thing I’ll link to without vetting.
Such a tremendously large loss for us all. Mr. Newman’s death was not unexpected, as he’s been battling cancer for a few months now, but that doesn’t make it any the less painful and sad. Not only was he a true talent, he was quite generous, having given and raised millions for charity.
*sigh*
Farewell, Mr. Newman.
Let our prayers be with his family today, especially his wife Joanne Woodward and the couple’s five children.

Jennifer, I haven’t heard anything from you about your favorite singer Clay Atkins coming out.
