All of those concerned greenies…

Thanks to PK for sending me this video of the post-inauguration Litter Apocalypse. Of course, it’s possible that it would have been just as bad or worse, regardless of the inauguree, but the way the left claims they’re the only ones really concerned about the earth…

Not only is in environmentally unfriendly, it says a lot about the mindset of those there: a mindset that says “someone else will take care of this”. It’s a mindset of selfishness, disrespect toward others, and plain old sloth. But these are the same folks who say they won’t need to worry about paying their mortgage or about paying to fill their tank anymore because Barack was elected, so it’s not really so surprising, isn’t it?

This and the appalling, childish “hey, hey, hey goodbye” chant aimed at former President Bush displays our country as filled with classless people. Would this have happened forty years ago? Twenty? The public schools and degradation of our culture have, clearly, been successful at turning us into a society without any maturity, sophistication, or plain old manners.
